Assured Co-op
Assured Co-Op is a telehealth service that will connect underinsured young adults and students with a health care provider in their area that also abides by the sliding scale.
About the Project
A healthcare service app my team and I are created during Fall of 2022. As the UX Designer, I aided the creation of this design through research, wireframes, and testing.
Duration: 6 months

Research methods: Surveys, interviews, market matrix, interaction analysis, think-out-load protocols, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping.

Our Idea
As college students, we understand the struggle of having to balance a sustainable job and the workload put on us through out our college careers. This makes it difficult to afford expensive bills that come up as health issues arise. However, we believe everyone should have access to quality health care. Assured Co-Op is way for uninsured students to find health care provides that are willing to help.

Translating requirements into style guides, creating screen visuals with prototype frameworks, identify design problems and advise solutions.

Document writing. Handled video asset creation and editing. Created advertising and marketing text alongside UX Designer to appeal to the target demographic.
